BUILDING A CUSTOM BENCH FROM A BI-FOLD DOOR

This customer salvaged some hand carved vintage closet door

They asked us if we could come up with a creative use for them

We began cleaning them up to see what we had to work with

This is going to make a fabulous bench

The voids are filled and sealed with epoxy resin

The surface is sanded and polished to the desired finish

Both pieces are prepped and ready to mount

The arms are fashioned and secured

We used our blued pine as per the customer’s request
