Custom Redwood Furniture
So here’s the thing about redwood: no two boards are ever the same. We build custom redwood furniture to order, one piece at a time, from wood we’ve salvaged and certified ourselves. The table, bench, or console you order isn’t pulled off a shelf. It’s made for your space, your measurements, and the way you actually live.
Furniture built from salvaged redwood
Every slab we work with is self-certified salvaged wood. We don’t pull from clear-cut forests or big commercial mills. We rescue redwood that already had a life, dry it properly, and turn it into furniture built to outlast us. You get the warmth and character of old-growth redwood without the environmental cost, and a piece with a story behind it.
What we build
Redwood works beautifully for just about any piece in your home. Some of the things we make most often:
- Dining tables and live edge tables
- Coffee tables and console tables
- Benches and seating
- Countertops and bar tops
- Mantels, shelving, and built-ins
Every piece is made to order, so if you’ve got something specific in mind,
we can build it.
How made-to-order works
- Tell us about your project. Size, room, style, and how you’ll use it.
- We match it to the right redwood slab and send you a quote.
- We build it by hand, then deliver or install it when it’s ready.
Why redwood?
Redwood earns its reputation. It’s naturally resistant to rot, insects, and warping, which is a big part of why old redwood pieces last for generations and why it holds up so well outdoors. It’s lighter than most hardwoods, so a large table doesn’t feel like a boulder in the room. And the color, that deep reddish warmth that only gets richer with age, is hard to fake with anything else. For furniture you want to keep, it’s tough to beat.
