- We offer physical goods: slabs, mill-work, furniture, decor, and services.
- All sales are subject to our Terms, Order Agreement, and shipping details.
- Custom orders will have separate design/approval steps.
Territory
We sell and ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico only.
Account & Order Information
Customers must provide accurate contact and shipping information. Keeping accounts secure is your responsibility.
Custom Orders
Custom work (dimensions, species, finish) is approved by you before production begins. Changes after approval may incur extra cost or be non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All content on our site (photographs, text, designs) is protected by copyright. When you purchase a physical product, you’re purchasing the item and its associated use rights—not our design rights or brand rights.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- redistribute our design images or product images without permission
- scrape, copy, or reproduce our website content
- circumvent download/checkout processes
- infringe on our IP rights
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping policies (rates, carriers, delivery times) vary by item size and order. Free U.S. ground shipping may apply on select items. Mountain Dog Millworks

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
